We've been keeping Baby Number 2's name under wraps until his birth. In our opinion it's good to surprise friends and family with his identity when he actually gets here and it also keeps grandparents from possibly complaining about what they may consider an ill-chosen name.
But from the whirlwind of doctor visits, stress-tests, biopsies and sleepless nights over the last few weeks, I'm considering changing our future son's name to Johnny Drama. Not a bad name- it's timely, references pop culture and sums up exactly what the little guy has brought to our lives lately.
Hopefully though, we'll be putting all of the drama and stress associated with this baby to rest. Danielle got the biopsy results back from her skin condition today and even though they were inconclusive, the dermatologist feels pretty confident that she doesn't have the rare, auto-immune disease that they originally thought she had. That takes a lot of weight off our shoulders.
Now that all of the doctors have talked, the original plan of inducing Danielle on Wednesday is now off the table. The baby doesn't appear to be in danger like we had first thought. So we're just going to let nature take it's course and deliver the baby when he's ready to come out and say "Hey" to the world.
Danielle is predicting that he'll be here this weekend. In my opinion he can't get here soon enough.
