The weather was perfect (not too hot or humid. we dodged a tropical storm!) The boys had really matured this year and weren't afraid to venture out into the waves. We spent our time lounging in the sun, walking the boardwalk and eating great seafood. We even took time one afternoon to explore a remote beach in search of sharks teeth, which we all became obsessed with finding. ( I don't mean to brag but I was the "Sharks Teeth Finding Master!) Ridge told us, that his favorite part of the trip was our experience at Pirates Voyage, the dinner theater where pirates and sea-monsters dueled.
I love our family trips to the beach, and although I do miss our stomping grounds at Rosemary Beach, we had a fantastic time. Can't wait til next year.
