It took the Empire several decades to fully complete the Death Star. The pinata version took me about two weeks from start to finish. I think I made the external shields too powerful since none of the toddler jedis could smash the darn thing. The real battle station took two torpedoes up the air shaft to destroy it. My pinta needed a swift kick from my size 9.5's to bust it open.Here are a few pics of it's construction from start to finish.
